c3ddd36c6f docs: record the 1.1.0 release and add the infrastructure map

Details 
Release notes for 1.1.0 were split between an Unreleased section and the
version section, so the published notes would have omitted the update-feed
and desktop changes. Everything shipping in this version now sits under one
`## [1.1.0]` heading.

`docs/map/` becomes the entry point for what infrastructure exists per
platform and how far each feature is developed, with a documented update
protocol so feature work and this map do not drift apart again. The release
guide now states that installer binaries live in the update feed rather than
the repository.

d397bcbf57 feat(desktop): LLM 기본 모델 qwen3:4b → gemma4:e4b 전면 전환 + think:false 안전장치 
qwen3:4b가 reasoning 모델이라 <think>...</think> 블록을 길게 생성 →
stripReasoningBlocks 후 빈 문자열 → 원본 transcript fallback으로 끝나면서
LLM refine이 42초 걸리는 병목 발견. Google Gemma 4 e4b(4.5B effective
params, 2026-04-02 릴리스)로 교체. non-reasoning 기본 + Ollama v0.20+
think: false 파라미터로 2중 방어.

실측 결과: 받아쓰기 한 사이클 51.4s → 5.5s (9.3배 빠름).
  STT 500ms + LLM 3,925ms + insert 1,092ms.
refine 품질 정상 동작 확인: "테스트하는 중입니다" → "테스트하고 있습니다".

- LocalLLMService: 3개 fallback 기본값 변경(generate / streamGenerate /
  chatStream) + Ollama 요청 body에 think: false 명시 추가. non-reasoning
  모델은 무시, reasoning 모델은 thinking 토큰 차단. NO_THINK 주석을
  legacy 설명으로 업데이트 — qwen3/deepseek-r1 수동 선택자를 위한 3중
  방어(/no_think + think:false + stripReasoningBlocks) 명시.
- OnboardingModal / OllamaGuideModal: pull 명령어 갱신
- 테스트 fixture 갱신
- 12개 i18n locale JSON: settings.ollamaHint / ollama.step2.alt 키 업데이트
  (qwen3:4b → gemma4:e4b, qwen3:8b → gemma4:26b)
- 10개 site i18n locale TS + HowItWorks.tsx 파이프라인 시각화 — detail
  문자열 'qwen3 / llama3 / gemma3' → 'gemma4 / llama3.2 / phi4',
  파이프라인 라벨 'qwen3:4b @ localhost' → 'gemma4:e4b @ localhost'
- 설계서 00 LLMConfig 기본값 + CONFIG_DEFAULTS
- 설계서 05: 6개 API 스키마 예시, 2개 OllamaClient 코드 예시, LLM 모델
  추천 표 재정렬(gemma4:e4b 최상위, qwen3는 reasoning 경고와 함께 후순위),
  권장 JSON 설정에 think:false 추가
- phase-14 meeting mode 컨텍스트 윈도우 표 갱신
- V2-5 Mac 부트스트랩 가이드 pull 커맨드 갱신

5c0f4a2b98 feat(V2-4): 데스크톱 ↔ Supabase 동기화 (push only MVP) 
CloudSyncService (싱글톤 + EventEmitter):
- Supabase 클라이언트 lazy init (configGet으로 url/key)
- safeStorage 기반 refresh token 영속화 (cloud-sync.token)
- startSignIn(provider): OAuth URL 발급 후 shell.openExternal로 외부 브라우저
- handleAuthCallback(code): code -> session 교환
- pushAll(): history/dictionary/meetings/meeting_memos/meeting_documents
  를 last_sync_at 이후 변경분만 upsert (onConflict: id)
- 이벤트: auth-changed / sync-progress / sync-complete / sync-error

Deep link (d3ro-voice://auth-callback):
- main/index.ts에 setAsDefaultProtocolClient
- macOS open-url 핸들러
- Windows second-instance argv 검사
- handleDeepLink로 URL 파싱 후 CloudSyncService로 전달

IPC:
- @d3ro/core/ipc-channels에 CLOUD_SYNC 채널 추가
- ipc/cloud-sync-handlers.ts (configure/signIn/signOut/pushAll/state)
- preload index.ts에 cloudSync 노출
- bootstrap의 cloud-sync 단계 추가

Renderer:
- CloudSyncSection 컴포넌트 신규
  - 미설정: Supabase URL/Key 입력 폼
  - 미로그인: Google/GitHub OAuth 버튼
  - 로그인: 사용자 이메일 + Sync Now + 진행 바 + 로그아웃
- d3roPalette/typoSx로 SSOT 준수, useI18n 사용

ConfigService 키 5종 추가:
- hfToken, diarizationEnabled (Phase 15.5 누락분 보충)
- supabaseUrl, supabaseAnonKey, cloudSyncLastAt (V2-4)
- packages/core types.ts AppConfig에도 동일하게 추가

검증:
- desktop typecheck OK
- desktop build OK
- 실제 Supabase 동기화는 사용자가 V2-2 배포 + 설정 입력 후 검증

d0c33ca259 feat(V2-3): Web App MVP — Next.js 15 + @d3ro/api-client 
packages/api-client (@d3ro/api-client) 신규:
- types.ts: 12개 테이블 Row/Insert/Update 타입 + Database 형식
- client.ts: createD3roSupabaseClient 팩토리 (placeholder fallback)
- auth.ts: signInWithOAuth/signOut/getSession/onAuthStateChange
- meetings.ts: 회의 + 메모 + 문서 + 전사 CRUD
- history.ts: 음성 입력 이력 CRUD
- usage.ts: 일일 쿼터 + 구독 조회
- 루트 barrel은 types만 re-export, 함수는 subpath import 전용

apps/web (@d3ro/web) 신규 — Next.js 15 App Router:
- transpilePackages: @d3ro/core, ui, i18n, api-client
- ThemeProvider (MUI + AppRouterCacheProvider)
- I18nProvider (localStorage 어댑터)

- api-client barrel은 타입만 노출해서 컴파일 전파 차단
- DS 컴포넌트 client 경계 명시
- env 없어도 Next.js 빌드 성공 (placeholder URL/key)

검증:
- web typecheck OK
- desktop typecheck OK (회귀 없음)
- web next build OK (9 라우트 정적/동적 생성)
- desktop build OK (회귀 없음)

77d514222e feat(V2-5): macOS 빌드 지원 — 플랫폼 분기 + electron-builder mac 타겟 + CI 
플랫폼 분기 (paths.ts):
- EXE_SUFFIX 상수로 sox/sidecar/ffmpeg 실행파일 확장자 통합
- Windows에선 .exe 자동 부착, Mac/Linux에선 빈 문자열
- 미사용 getProjectRoot 헬퍼 제거

런타임 서비스 Mac 분기:
- SoundEffectService: darwin → /usr/bin/afplay,
  linux → aplay 분기 추가 (execFile로 안전하게)
- ScreenContextService._getActiveWindowInfo:
  win32 → PowerShell + user32.dll (기존),
  darwin → osascript (System Events frontmost process + 윈도우 타이틀)
  Linux는 미지원 (null)

electron-builder.yml:
- mac 타겟 추가 (dmg + zip, arm64 + x64 매트릭스)
- hardenedRuntime, gatekeeperAssess, entitlements 설정
- extendInfo로 NSMicrophoneUsage / NSCameraUsage / NSAppleEvents /
  NSSystemAdministration 권한 메시지
- dmg 레이아웃 (드래그 to /Applications)
- linux AppImage placeholder
- notarize: false 기본, NOTARIZE 환경변수로 활성화

build/entitlements.mac.plist:
- allow-jit, allow-unsigned-executable-memory (Electron 필수)

- CSC/NOTARIZE 환경변수 자동 처리
- artifact 업로드 (dmg + zip, retention 7일)

docs/v2/phase-V2-5-mac-guide.md (신규):
- 사전 조건, 시스템 의존성, dev 실행, dist 빌드,
  Code signing + Notarization, CI 트리거, 트러블슈팅

검증 (Windows에서):
- typecheck 통과 (Mac 분기 추가에도 회귀 없음)
- build 통과
- dev 런타임 정상

Mac 검증은 사용자 본인 Mac에서 수행 (V2-5 사용자 액션).
