# Vignette live coaching source packs

This directory is runtime input, not generated cache.

Required files:

- `live_coaching_workbook_0615.json`
- `live_coaching_sources/*.json`

The API image copies `data/` from the repository root.  If these files are not
committed, the deployment process must provision the same paths before building
or running the image.  Run this before transplanting the stack:

```powershell
python scripts\check-deploy-preflight.py --env-file infra\.env
```

The JSON files should contain licensed or public-summary source-pack metadata
and short summaries only.  Do not place raw transcripts or long copyrighted
source text here.
