fix(V2-1a): 루트 workspace 설정 3파일 보충

이전 커밋(45a5808)에서 다음 파일들이 누락되어 추가:
- package.json: 루트가 monorepo workspace로 재구성된 내용
- tsconfig.json: apps/desktop references 구조
- package-lock.json: workspace install 결과

파일시스템에는 반영되어 있었으나 스테이징 누락으로 git 히스토리에서
빠져 있던 것을 보충. 체크아웃 시 빌드 깨지는 문제 방지.
