feat(ui): 형식 색상 + 손실/상태 시맨틱 토큰 (Catppuccin/Material/Radix 영감)

디자인 리서치(VS Code Material Icon Theme·Seti UI·Linguist·Radix dark·Catppuccin·Linear·Geist) 기반으로 형식 색상과 시맨틱 토큰을 확장.

- 신규 형식색 FsFmtCsv/Xlsx/Json/Svg/Video/Audio (회색→카테고리별 hue) + AllFormats/FormatPalette 매핑
- 손실 등급 토큰 FsLoss*(Lossless=초록/Container=회색/Recode=앰버/Rasterize=빨강, Radix dark)
- 상태 토큰 FsStatus*(Success/Warn/Danger/Info × dot/text/bg)
- Geist식 8% 투명 보더 FsBorderHairline
