Yun Chan bcd242691f docs: record the 301 redirect and Search Console change-of-address status 
The legacy host now permanently redirects to paca.chanpaca.net at the edge
(Cloudflare redirect rule, host-based, path and query preserved), so the
domain promotion is complete on the serving side. Note that Search Console's
change-of-address check cannot pass while the old property is redirected, and
that canonical tags plus the 301 already consolidate indexing.
